From career highlights to personal milestones, Jonathan Kantrowe reflects on how professional growth and fatherhood are deeply connected.
When people ask me about my proudest achievements, I can’t separate the personal from the professional. To me, they’re woven together.
Landing a career opportunity or completing a major project feels incredible. But so does watching my child take their first steps, or hearing them call me “Dad” after a long day at work. These moments coexist, and both shape who I am becoming.
Some highlights from the past year include:
-
Taking on a new professional challenge that pushed me outside my comfort zone.
-
Learning how to juggle late-night feedings with early-morning meetings.
-
Discovering that the same resilience that gets me through a work deadline also helps me handle a toddler meltdown.
Each milestone, big or small, reinforces a central truth: growth isn’t linear. It’s a mix of career wins, family lessons, and everything in between.
